Our history
Good Value is an IT Company founded in 2010 to offer with an objective of offering Security and Infrastructure services to its clients in India and for its clients across the world. Our focus is to understand the key business challenges and aspirations of an enterprise, partner towards building a strong IT Infrastructure that includes state of the art technology components in hardware, networking and security.
Good Value provides managed services that addresses the need of having a robust security posture including perimeter security, risk analysis, continuous monitoring of network and end-user devices, compliance and certifications and more. The services are delivered through a team of experienced professionals to ensure effective outcomes at each stage of engagement.

Mahesh Kumar Tallam
- Managing Director
Mahesh is a highly skilled investment banking and management professional with more than 22 years’ experience in the fields of finance, consulting and technology. He has high proficiency in advising successful start-ups, as well as growth stage companies and has a proven track record of leading complex projects across key functions in enterprise and investment banking firms. Mahesh has an experience of running start-ups and has been involved directly and indirectly with several early stage ventures. Mahesh has rich experience of designing, implementing and managing complex IT Infrastructure involving voice, video and data communication. His has good exposure and understanding of Information Security and Management.
At Good Value, Mahesh looks after the overall operations and is passionate to grow the business in the areas of IT Infrastructure Management.
Mahesh has expertise in working on large deals and complex structuring across various industry sectors. Some of his key project partners have included British Telecom, Fidelity Investments, Airtel and Sify – as well as leading projects with other companies he himself has co-founded.
Mahesh is engaged with several significant transactions in India and abroad. He has worked with many NGOs in Bangalore and continues to contribute towards key strategic initiatives.
Mahesh has his first degree from NITK Surathkal in Mechanical Engineering and completed his Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore.
